Released as an vinyl album in the UK catalog number Solid Gold Records – SG005 on April 16, 2021.

T. Rex’s The Gilded Cage We Call ’75 was a exclusive collection of rare 1975 radio broadcasts, studio outtakes, and jingles. Featuring “Funky London Childhood,” “Savage Beethoven,” and “20th Century Boy” Came shrink-wrapped with New York City 7", small poster, and sticker.


Cover images were taken during rehearsals from the television show Rock On with 45 courtesy of Rex Features. Inside images from Rock On with 45 the performance of New York City and television show Supersonic performance of Dreamy Lady.

Album Came Shrink-wrapped With New York City / 20th Century Boy 7" And A Free Small Poster And Sticker.

Side 1. Tracks 1-2 Scorpio Sound Studios, October 1975 for TV broadcast, Tracks 3-7 Capital Radio broadcast June 1975.

Side 2. Tracks 1-4 & 7, unreleased studio recordings 1975. Track 5 jingle for the KMET L.A, Flo & Eddie Radio Show, January 1975. Track 8 radio jingle June 1975
