T. Rex played a concert on January 31, 1972, at the Musikhalle Hamburg.

Earlier that day, an autograph session was planned at the Schallplatte record shop, attracting about two thousand fans. However, the band's flight was delayed, leaving no time for the signing session. As a result, the group proceeded directly to the venue for a sound check for that night's concert, which Mickey unfortunately missed part of due to illness.
