The Last Tyrannosaurus Rex 45 Released as a 7-inch vinyl single in the UK on Regal Zonophone (catalogue: RZ 3025) in 1970, Tyrannosaurus Rexâs âBy The Light Of A Magical Moonâ â backed with âFind A Little Woodâ â was the final releases under the full Tyrannosaurus Rex name before the shift to T. Unicorn Album: 1969
A Bolan & Took Folk-Psych Swan Song Released as a vinyl LP in the UK on Regal Zonophone (catalogue: LRZ 1007 mono / SLRZ 1007 stereo), Tyrannosaurus Rexâs Unicorn was released May 16, 1969 â their third studio album â was the final Bolan/Took duo studio album. Produced by Tony Visconti at Trident Studios, this 16-track folk-psych gem featured John Peel reading a childrenâs story on âRomany Soup.â Issued in gatefold sleeve with mono blue labels (LRZ 1007) and stereo red labels

Bolan & Finn weave psychedelic folk magic for BBC Radio One! On their first radio session for BBC Radio One featuring Mickey Finn, Tyrannosaurus Rex recorded five tracks on November 17, 1969, they were transmitted on November 22. Hosted by Brian Matthews, the show included an interview and the songs.: âFist Heart Mighty Dawn Dart,â âPavilions Of Sun,â âA Day Laye,â âBy The Light Of A Magical Moon,â âWind Cheetah"
