A Rare Bowie 1960s Track RSD Release

David Bowie’s “The Shape of Things to Come” Episode 4, featuring "When I Live My Dream" backed with "In the Heat of the Morning", was released as a limited edition of 1,000 copies on 7-inch purple vinyl single in the UK by Reel-To-Reel Records (catalog number RTRSEP004) on April 23, 2021, as part of Record Store Day.

This release was accompanied by "We Are The Dead" as the B-side in the UK (though the primary pairing listed is "When I Live My Dream" / "In The Heat Of The Morning"). The tracks are drawn from Bowie’s late 1960s period, including material from the Love You Till Tuesday film sessions and other unreleased recordings.
