Released as a 7-inch vinyl single in the UK on January 13, 1978, on Polydor Records (catalog number 2001 739), Roxy Music’s “Do The Strand” — backed with “Editions of You” — was a reissue of the 1973 glam classic from the For Your Pleasure album. Written by Bryan Ferry, produced by Chris Thomas, this art-glam anthem showcased Roxy’s theatrical style.
