Following the huge success of his 1989 album Trash, Cooper delivered a heavier pop metal record featuring an impressive lineup of guest stars including Slash, Ozzy Osbourne, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, and Vinnie Moore. This was Cooper’s last album with bassist Hugh McDonald before he joined Bon Jovi. The twelfth solo studio album (and nineteenth overall)
