Alice Cooper (October 30, 2026) – Goes To Hell (Rhino Reserve) Album: LP

Oct 30
2 min read

BACKGROUND

Goes To Hell was released in 1976 as the follow-up to Welcome To My Nightmare. Produced by Bob Ezrin, the album continued Alice Cooper's theatrical solo-era storytelling and expanded upon the dark themes and characters introduced on its predecessor.

The album featured the hit single I Never Cry, one of the best-known songs from this period of Cooper's career.

For Rocktober 2026, Goes To Hell returns as part of the Rhino Reserve series.

STYLE & THEMES

Building upon the theatrical rock approach of Welcome To My Nightmare, Goes To Hell combines hard rock, dramatic storytelling and character-driven songwriting.

The album explores darker subject matter while balancing heavy rock material with memorable melodies, helping establish it as one of the standout releases from Alice Cooper's mid-1970s catalogue.
