Released on June 19, 1964 on United Artists (UP 1056), this single captured the raw energy of the early British blues scene. The B-side “Up Above My Head I Hear Music In The Air” — a gospel song popularised by Sister Rosetta Tharpe — features an uncredited Rod Stewart on vocals, marking his first known recording.
